Our Mission
At Build Her Retreat, we aim to empower women through transformative experiences. Our retreat is dedicated to fostering personal growth, education, and community.
The BuildHer Executive Retreat was born from a need, not for another event, but for a real, soulful space where women in construction could connect, be vulnerable, and grow together. Its founders - Morgan Molitor, Allyson Case Anderson, and Meg Billings- were already navigating this male-dominated industry themselves and recognized the gap: a rare space that combined strategy with sisterhood.
